DELIVERY DETAILS
All order are shipped from my Little Country Shop found on my property in Priddis, AB.
Friends, with shipping rates on the rise, I have had to pivot the way I price and ship your orders out. Below is my new policy to ensure that I get you the best shipping price. Due to the unique nature of the products I sell, shipping prices will vary. My gratitude is endless for all the orders I have received! As always, thank you for your never ending support!
Local orders: Unless necessary, all Calgary & surrounding areas will be Pick Up only. Please select the PICK UP option at checkout.
If you are unable to visit my shop for pick up and shipping is requested then you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Your order will not be processed until a shipping rate is emailed your way, confirmed and agreed upon. The shipping cost will then be added to your order and an invoice will be sent to you to complete payment.
Canadian Orders: Please go ahead and purchase your item(s). Shipping will appear free but due to the unique sizes and weights of our products, a shipping cost will be provided to you within 1-2 business days. Your order will not be processed until a shipping rate is emailed your way, confirmed and agreed upon. The shipping cost will then be added to your order and an invoice will be sent to you to complete payment.
USA Orders: Please go ahead and purchase your item(s). USA residents are responsible for all local customs and import charges. Shipments are sent out with Canada Post then get transferred over to USPS. Your tracking information may be delayed. So please be sure to check it often.
You can expect your order to ship out within 2-4 business days. I will do my best to send your shipping confirmation as soon as possible. I take great care to wrap and protect your purchase from breakage while en route to its new home.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of the products I sell, I am unable to accept returns. I will always carefully inspect each product for breakage but because each item is unique and one of kind vintage and/or antique, returns are not possible.
